Beautiful 5 bedroom,
4 bathroom villa located right on the bay of Santandria. Beautiful views of the bay and out to sea.
The villa is located in a quiet area, and just a short walk from everything you can need: Less than 5 min walk to the beaches, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, little commercial centre, bowling centre, scuba diving, paddle tennis courts, beach bars, Forest walks, etc.
There are also a couple of Kayaks available for your use, which you can put into the water right in front of the house and enjoy exploring the bay from one beach to the other. There are a few caves that can be explored by Kayak very near the house. Fishing rods provided to use right by the house.
There is WIFI around the whole house & some things to entertain the children. Nintendo Wii, toys, Lego, board games, pool inflatable's, beach 'stuff', etc. Netflix and Satellite TV.
The beautiful old town of Ciutadella is only a half hour walk away, or just a few minutes by car. There you will find the beautiful narrow cobbled streets of the old capital of the island. Lovely plazas to sit and have coffee, little markets and the port of Ciutadella with plenty of restaurants and night life.
